A blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Areni Noir with 14.5% alcohol. Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness—Cabernet in September, Areni in late October. After destemming and crushing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with extended maceration. The wine is then aged 24 months in oak barrels.
It offers an elegant fruity bouquet with ripe red berries, green bell pepper, caramel, and vanilla notes. On the palate, expect powerful ripe tannins, refreshing acidity, and a long finish.
