Alluria, Red – dry red wine made from traditional autochthonous Armenian grape varieties – Hakhtanak and Karmrayut. For its production, specialists use small volumes of berries, which are crushed by hand in a basket press. The fermentation process uses exclusively wild yeast, and the wine is aged in barrels of Karabakh wood for a year. Before going on sale, wine is additionally aged in bottles in the cellars of the winery.
